It’s safe to say I’ve been making drinks my entire life. It all started learning how to make fresh fruit smoothies at Keva Juice in high school. I later went on to attain my BA of Contemporary Music in Santa Fe at the Santa Fe University of Art and Design where I began bartending. I worked everywhere from the exquisite St. Francis and Eldorado hotels downtown to the jaw dropping Low & Slow low rider bar at Hotel Chimayo. Chimayo has a huge low rider culture and the bar is made with parts from actual low riders. I wanted to marry the health aspects of my first job with the grit and excitement that comes with bartending. Out of these passions Lemon and Brine was born. Enjoy delectable handcrafted lemonade with freshly made organic fruit syrups made daily in a bartending style. We also have excellent dill and green chili pickles. Our goal is to bring something delicious and authentic to the Sawmill Market each and every day. We look forward to serving you soon!
